About SUSCDFThe Scottish Universities Scottish Country Dance Festival, SUSCDF (sus-k-duff) is a yearly event run in late November/early December on a rotating basis by one of the member university Scottish Country Dance Societies/Groups. The format of SUSCDF is an evening dance with each of the member groups performing a demonstration of Scottish dancing. Demonstrations range from traditional dances (frequently performed as part of a longer "medley") to more innovative displays with alternative music (e.g. "It's Raining Men" by Geri Haliwell). |
